Ashley Chambrello
At The Growth Chapter LLC, we believe that healing is not a destination—it’s an ongoing journey. Founded by Ashley Chambrello, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Brainspotting practitioner with nearly a decade of experience, our mission is to provide a compassionate and empowering space where individuals, couples, and families can find the support they need to thrive.
Ashley’s career has been dedicated to helping people rewrite their narratives and build lasting emotional wellness. After successfully owning and operating her own private practice for eight years, Ashley spent several years in a group practice setting, refining her clinical expertise and leadership skills. Now, as the proud founder of The Growth Chapter LLC, Ashley is combining her experience, passion, and innovative approach to create a practice that offers comprehensive mental health care and wellness services.
Dr. Diana Perry
Dr. Diana Perry is a licensed professional counselor with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Chemical Dependency. She takes an eclectic, person-centered approach, integrating relational and attachment-based theories, Jungian depth psychology, cognitive-behavioral tools, emotionally focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction practices. At the core of her work is the belief that meaningful healing happens in safe, trusting relationships—where each person’s story is met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Diana specializes in supporting individuals facing grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and the complex effects of trauma and toxic stress. Her approach gently helps clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves and others, and build lasting inner and outer resources.

Julia has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and relational challenges. She is especially committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, helping clients explore and embrace their identities while building resilience and self-understanding.
